Assisted Clinical Stretching

Assisted stretching is a hands-on technique where I guide you through stretches that go beyond what you can achieve on your own. Using a combination of controlled movement, gentle pressure, resistance, and traction, I help to lengthen tight muscles and improve joint mobility.

This approach is highly effective for:

  • Increasing flexibility and range of motion

  • Reducing muscle tension and tightness

  • Preventing injuries and aiding recovery

  • Supporting overall physical wellbeing

Assisted stretching is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, using a mix of active and passive techniques. We’ll use both your own body weight and my applied pressure to help you safely move deeper into each stretch than you could alone.
