Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes. Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, the session is non-refundable but can be gifted to someone else.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to use them towards a future appointment.

Can I move or reschedule my appointment within 48 hours?

Unfortunately, appointments cannot be moved or swapped within 48 hours of your booking. You can, however, gift your session to someone else.

Where are treatments held?

Treatments will eventually take place in my dedicated treatment room in Mawsley. While that space is still being built, I’m currently offering mobile treatments in the comfort of your own home.

Are you insured?

Yes. I’m fully insured in acupuncture, massage, and assisted clinical stretching.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope! I’ll provide all towels, oils, and mats required for your treatment.

Are your acupuncture needles safe?

Yes. I only use sterile, single-use needles for every client.

Do you wear a mask during treatments?

I don’t typically treat in a mask, but you are very welcome to wear one if it makes you more comfortable.
